The Supreme Court of Crimea upheld the sentence of Abdureshyt Dzhepparov. This is reported by the Crimean Process.
The verdict was left unchanged, since the court did not see any violations in the repeated interrogation of the witness, who during the second interrogation remembered the necessary testimony, as well as in the refusal to interrogate the second witness, who was allegedly present when the administrative protocol was drawn up.
We remind you that on April 25, in Karasuvbazar (Bilohirsk), FSB officers conducted an illegal search at the home of activist Abdureshyt Dzhepparov. He was accused of violating article 19.3 (disobeying the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. And appointed 12 days of administrative arrest.
Later, the invaders opened two new administrative cases on discrediting the Russian army and abuse of freedom of information. Dzhepparov does not agree with the verdict.
