The occupiers sentenced Albert Kruhlov to 8 years in prison for allegedly preparation for high treason and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization.
Let us recall that on April 14, the Russian authorities of Alushta detained and accused Albert Kruhlov of participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and preparation for treason. He was scheduled for a court hearing on April 18 under Part 1 of Art. 30, art. 275 (Preparation for treason) and part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization).
In June 2019, the Alushta city court found Albert Kruhlov guilty of illegal manufacturing, storage and carrying of improvised explosive devices, as well as public calls for extremist activities.
Now Albert Kruhlov is included in the Russian list of terrorists and extremists.
