A massive fire broke out at Akmesdzhit shopping centre overnight

At night from July 30 to July 31, a large-scale fire broke out in the shopping centre ‘Lotsman’ in Akmesdzhit (Simferopol) of the occupied Crimea on 500 square metres. This was reported by the occupation Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea.

In the Ministry of emergency Situations of rf noted that the fire occurred on the third floor of the shopping centre, as a result of which the roof partially collapsed. About 130 people were evacuated from the building, there are no injured.

‘The head of the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea’ Arkady Ozhigin said that the fire was localised at 23:32 on an area of 500 square metres. To extinguish it 112 firefighters and 41 units of equipment were involved.
