Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation introduced a draft on a phased increase in the draft age for military service to 21 years, which provides for a transitional period until 2026.
The bill implies that in 2024 they will be called up for service from 19 to 30 years old, in 2025 – from 20, in 2026 – from 21 years old.
In addition, the document provides for the possibility of conscripting citizens aged 18 to 21 if they wish.
We remind you that the population of Russia and the occupied territories is constantly preparing for the next wave of mobilization. But not everyone wants to be accomplices in an international crime, to be mobilized and participate in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
