In Saki district, officers of the juvenile affairs department found a video on social media that, according to them, discredits the Russian armed forces and desecrates the state flag. This was reported by the press service of the occupation Ministry of Internal Affairs of Crimea on Telegram.
The author of the video was a 10-year-old schoolgirl from the city of Saki. Due to the girl’s young age, her 38-year-old mother will be administratively responsible for her actions. An administrative report has already been drawn up against the woman under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – improper fulfillment of child-rearing responsibilities. The case will be further considered by the Commission on Juvenile Affairs of the city of Saki.
