The figurants of Bakhchisaray “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” were extended the detention period for three months

On Monday, March 5, the Simferopol regional “court” of Simferopol extended the detention period to the figurants of Bakhchisaray “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” Seyran Saliiev, Marlen Asanov and Memet Belyalov until June 9, 2018. This is reported by the “Crimean solidarity”.

According to the activists, the meeting was held in the smallest court room, and only 8 persons out of all  relatives were let in.

Reference:  on December 5 and 7, the Kyiv district court of Simferopol extended the  detention period to the figurants of Bakhchisaray "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" until March 9, 2018.

On October 11, in the occupied Crimea, in the city of Bakhchisaray, the occupants conducted regular mass searches in 6 houses of the Crimean Tatars. They detained everyone. They were charged with  article 205.5 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Participation in the activities of the organization that is banned on the territory of Russia in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation".
