Security officers have been searching the house of a Crimean Tatar woman in Crimea for six hours

On Wednesday, February 7, Russian security officers came with a search to the house of Fatma Kalafatova at 4:00 a.m. in the morning in Fontany microdistrict, Simferopol. Her son Mustafa Kalafatov was detained and taken away. The security officers searched for banned literature,weapons and drugs, – reports “Crimean solidarity”.

"The house of Mustafa Kalafatov located  at Istidat street(near the mosque) in Simferopol, the Fontany microdistrict is being searched from 4:00 a.m. in the morning. They immediately took him away, now they are looking for banned literature and weapons, the "Crimean Solidarity" reported.

Reference: after the occupation of Crimea, searches in  the houses of the Crimean Tatars became regular practice. According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center,  Russian law enforcers conducted 62 searches,  61 of them  in the houses of Crimean Tatars over 2017.
