Territorial community of Novoalekseevka village of Kherson region decided to create a Center for administrative services provision

On Thursday, February 1, in the village Novoalekseevka of Kherson region public hearings on the topic: “The creation of a center for the provision of administrative services in the village Novoalekseevka was held. As a result of the event, the local territorial community made a positive decision.

According to Art. 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government" and the Charter of the Territorial Community of  Novoalekseevka village, public hearings on the initiative of the territorial community and village council, with the support of the NGO "Crimean Tatar Resource Center" and  Kherson regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars were held.

96 participants took part in the public hearings: representatives of the Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, representatives of the Genichesk District State Administration, representatives of the Genichesk District Council, representatives of Kherson regional Mejlis and local Mejlises of the Crimean Tatar people, representatives of the OSCE,  the Heads of local self-government bodies of the Genichesk district, deputies of regional and local councils, the initiative group, representatives of the Novoalekseevka Territorial Community, an expert the head of the department for the provision of administrative services of the executive committee of Belozerskii village council of  Cherkasy region, Yazhemchuk Elena.

Having listened the information from the authorities, who are responsible  for this issue, experts, representatives of the territorial community of Novoalekseevka village, invited persons, in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About Local Self-Government", the Law of Ukraine "About Administrative Services", the Charter of the Territorial Community of the village Novoalekseevka, the territorial community decided:

1) To create a center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village ;

2) Novoalekseevska village council has to make a decision on the creation of a center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village;

3) Novoalekseevska village council has to to develop and adopt the concept for the creation of a center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village;

4) The head and the deputies of Novoalekseevska village council have to  allocate premises for the creation of a center for administrative services provision, apply to the competent state authorities with the initiative to open a center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village;

5) The chairman of the district council and the chairman of the district state administration have to assist the village council in creation of a center for administrative services provision of  in Novoalekseevka village;

6) Novoalekseevka village council has to to turn to "U-LEAD with Europe" program to improve the quality of local services for the population. Create a working group on developing a project to finance the creation of the Center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village;

7) Novoalekseevska village council has  to address the State Migration Service of Ukraine about  the creation of the structural subdivision of SMS in the Novoalekseevska village council;

8)  Permanent Representative of the President in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has to take under his personal control the issue of creation of  a center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka  village.

"The creation of a Center for administrative services provision in Novoalekseevka village will be able to unload the queue in Genichesk region,  will facilitate the receiving of administrative services by the residents of Novoalekseevka village and the nearest villages, and the most important will create favorable conditions for receiving administrative services by our compatriots from the occupied Crimea,"- stressed Eskender Bariiev

"The creation of the CASP in Novoalekseevka has an important social, material and political significance not only for the residents of Kherson and occupied Crimea, but also for the image of Ukraine as a whole", noted a member of  Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people.

This event was held within the framework of the program "Integration of the national self-government  body of the indigenous people into the system of local self-government" with the support of the British Embassy in Ukraine.
