The Crimean Tatar Resource Center warns everyone who distributes summons, draws up lists, is on the draft boards, conducts medical reports and other actions related to illegal mobilization. By doing so, you are signing your own sentence!
The CTRC warns the entire composition of the draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in the Republic of Crimea and members of the draft commission:
Aksenov Sergey – head of the Republic of Crimea;
Lymar Yury – military commissar of the Republic of Crimea;
Osaulenko Daria – an employee of the military commissariat of the Republic of Crimea.
Borovikov Aleksey – Chief Specialist of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in the Republic of Crimea;
Goptarev Victor – head of the department for organizing the activities of district police officers and units for minors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea;
Grishin Alexander – an employee of the military commissariat of the Republic of Crimea;
Dovgulevich Kirill – Head of the Center for Military Medical Expertise of the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Crimea;
Leonov Igor – senior inspector of the Federal Security Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea;
Lyubimov Anton – officer of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea;
Mikhalevsky Leonid – Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea;
Myakishev Vitaliy – an employee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea;
Saliev Enver – consultant of the mobilization planning department of the service for mobilization work and territorial defense of the Republic of Crimea;

Fesenko Viktor – Head of the Service for Mobilization Work and Territorial Defense of the Republic of Crimea;
Shumilo Ivan – employee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea.
We remind you that the organization and participation in the implementation of the so-called mobilization on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea is a violation of international humanitarian law, namely Art. 51 of the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention), as well as Art. 438 Violation of the laws and customs of war of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This war crime has no statute of limitations and responsibility for its commission will come sooner or later. Just as decades after the end of World War II, the Nazis were held accountable for their war crimes.
Soon Crimea, like Kherson, will be liberated and justice will certainly be restored. Everyone will be punished.
We recommend that you do not support the crimes of the Russian Federation and ignore participation in the organization of illegal mobilization!
The Crimean Tatar Resource Center calls on all compatriots living in the occupied Crimea to inform about the persons involved in organizing illegal mobilization. Please send us their data (name, position, region, etc.), as well as, if possible, a photo. (Signal, Telegram – 380673437454)
