The Crimean Tatar family was summoned for questioning to the so-called Simferopol Investigative Committee

On Friday, January 19,approximately at 12:00 pm, Marlen Mustafayev and his wife were summoned to the Simferopol Investigative Committee to testify on the preliminary investigation. They want to open a criminal case under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to Marlen Mustafayev. Previously, he was threatened that they would open a case against his wife, reported “Crimean solidarity”.

On February 21, 2017 Crimean Tatar activist Marlen Mustafayev was already arrested by the decision of the Kyiv district court of Simferopol for 11 days for posts in social networks,  which allegedly demonstrated  extremist symbols.
