November 6, 2022

On Thursday, October 3, exhibits of the Kherson Museum of Local Lore, previously illegally taken out by Russian occupiers, were unloaded in the premises of the state public institution of the Republic of Crimea Central Museum of Taurida.

According to eyewitnesses who directly observed the unloading of carefully packed cardboard and plywood boxes, the unloading process was led by employees of the state public institution of the Republic of Crimea Central Museum of Taurida.

Collaborator and general director of the Central Museum of Taurida Andrei Malgin was not seen at the place where the stolen exhibits were moved from the Kherson Museum to the Crimean Museum. However, according to the museum staff, the Malgin ordered to prepare additional premises for receiving a new batch of exhibits from the museums of the Kherson region.
