In Transcarpathia, the work of the Freedom Camp continues. Participants of the event from different parts of Ukraine are working on the ideas of non-violent resistance to the occupation of Crimea.

Eskender Bariiev, Head of the Board of the CTRC, member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, told the participants of the Freedom Camp about the actions, campaigns of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center and the international movement #LIBERATECRIMEA, which have already been implemented and received good results.

Andrii Yermolenko, artist, cartoonist, spoke online to the Freedom Camp activists about the role of visual language and design in international public information campaigns. Using specific examples, the trainer analyzed the symbolism and messages of certain elements on various posters.

Bariiev and Yermolenko conducted workshops with the participants, during which activists worked in groups to develop campaigns and messages that will be implemented/used in the future within the framework of the #LIBERATECRIMEA international movement.

The Freedom Camp is organized with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.
