“The detainee told law enforcement officers that he administers an account in one of the social networks, where he posted various insulting statements and other information aimed at discrediting the military personnel of the RF Armed Forces”,- the press service of the city Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
He faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
