On Tuesday, July 5, the “Head” of the occupied Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, signed a decree On draft commissions for the mobilization of citizens in the Republic of Crimea, which provides for the creation of draft commissions in municipalities, and also determines their functions in peacetime and in case of mobilization.
“Create draft commissions for mobilization in municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Crimea, carrying out the draft of citizens for mobilization. The heads of administrations of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Crimea to approve the composition of draft commissions for the mobilization of citizens of the relevant municipal districts or urban districts of the Republic of Crimea”,- the text of the decree says.
In turn, the so-called military commissar of the so-called Republic of Crimea, Yuriy Lymar, is trying to calm the population and said that the document has nothing to do with the conduct of a special military operation in Ukraine. It is necessary to make changes in the composition of draft commissions, the change of leadership of which in Crimea took place almost everywhere.
“There were big changes in the municipalities. Many heads of administrations have changed: Kerch, Lenin district, Sudak, Yevpatoriia… And the heads of administrations are the chairmen of district draft commissions. In connection with these big changes, the decree was issued. This is an everyday routine that has nothing to do with the special operation”,- Lymar said.
The military commissar also noted that the preparation of draft boards is a common practice in peacetime.
In accordance with the decree, a draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in the Republic of Crimea was formed in the following composition:
AKSENOV Sergei – Head of the Republic of Crimea, chairman of the commission;
LYMAR Yuri – Military commissar of the Republic of Crimea, deputy chairman of the commission;
OSAULENKO Daria – Assistant to the head of the general and mobilization planning department of the military commissariat of the Republic of Crimea, secretary of the commission.

It is worth emphasizing that all these people grossly violate Ukrainian legislation and international law, in particular the Geneva Convention and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. They must be held accountable for their crimes.
The Crimean Tatar Resource Center appeals to representatives of municipal districts and urban districts of the so-called Republic of Crimea, where they begin to form draft mobilization commissions that call up citizens to mobilize the relevant municipal districts or urban districts of the Republic of Crimea, that by participating in such commissions you become accomplices in crimes and criminal proceedings will be initiated against you.
