On May 13, 2022, Russian occupants abducted Kherson resident Iryna Horobtsova, born in 1985. The woman would allegedly be accused of correcting the fire on the accumulation of enemy troops at the Chernobayivka airfield. Until now, her fate is unknown, but, according to preliminary data, she may be in the Simferopol pre-trial detention center.
We remin you that the woman was abducted from her own home in the early morning of May 13, 2022, on her birthday. The occupants also took away her phone, computer and laptop. Iryna worked for the IT company DataArt. The reason for the detention was probably her pro-Ukrainian position.
After the arrest, Iryna got in touch in instant messengers, however, it was probably not her who wrote the messages.
Relatives tried to look for her in the Kherson region and in the pre-trial detention center of the occupied Crimea, but the exact whereabouts of Iryna are still unknown.
We ask everyone who has any information about the whereabouts of the woman to inform the Crimean Tatar Resource Center:

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center strongly condemns these illegal actions of the Russian security forces. Such a policy of the Russian Federation demonstrates the struggle against freedom of speech and political convictions of people in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
The Crimean Tatar Resource Center demands the immediate release of all those arrested in the occupied territories of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as in the occupied Crimea.
