The occupiers imposed an administrative arrest for lawyers Azamatov and Avamileva

The so-called Central District Court of the occupied Simferopol decided to impose an administrative arrest for lawyer Ayder Azamatov for 8 days, and on lawyer Emina Avamileva for 5 days. It was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

They were accused of violating Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places that entailed a violation of public order).

Recall that on May 26, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism detained lawyer Edem Semedlyaev in occupied Simferopol for posting on social networks and fined him 75,000 rubles. The invaders also detained lawyer Nazim Sheikhmambetov, who arrived at the Kyiv District Court to defend his colleague Edem Semedlyaev. He was sentenced to 8 days under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for the events of October 26, 2021 after 6 months.
