On Thursday, May 26, the so-called Kyiv District Court fined lawyer Edem Semedliaiev 75,000 rubles for someone else’s publication on social networks. It was reported by the Crimean solidarity public association.
The lawyer explained that he did not personally publish the post on the social network, but the publication was posted by another person with the nickname Rafis Kashapov. At the same time, the defender deleted this article from himself and blocked the privacy settings in order to limit the possibility of third-party publications on his page.
But the so-called court still found the defender guilty, imposing a fine of 75 thousand rubles.
