In the temporarily occupied Kherson, the Russian occupants planned to hold a so-called referendum on the creation of the so-called Kherson People’s Republic. At first they wanted to hold it on April 27, then they talked about May 15. However, the Head of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center Eskender Bariiev believes that it will not happen at all.
“Well, if in the occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, Luhansk and Donetsk, the occupiers somehow imitated the so-called expression of the will of the people by staging the so-called referendum, then in the Kherson region the situation is much worse. It is not possible to hold a referendum, because not only are there not enough people to participate in the circus, but there are also not enough officials who could organize a so-called referendum”,- he explained.
What are the invaders doing?
They have started an organized and structured distribution of food products for the residents of the Kherson region and are moving to an organized and structured distribution of pensions.
But why do they do it?
“This is being done in order to form a register of Kherson residents, carry out personnel work, and search for specialists. They plan to issue Russian passports according to the register. Why did they take gingerbread and pensions in vain?”,- he added.
