Occupants on the administrative border with Crimea detained a Crimean Tatar

The occupants on the administrative border of the Kherson region and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea detained a representative of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people, a citizen of Ukraine Arsen Ibraimov. He is accused of involvement in the the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion.

The man lives permanently in Kherson. He was heading with his wife and mother to relatives in Simferopol.

Arsen Ibraimov is accused under part 2 of article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of alleged involvement in the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion and active participation in the food and energy blockade of the Crimean peninsula, as well as in anti-Russian actions held in the region.

The man was arrested for 2 months.
