Occupants did not release Mustafa Seidaliiev from the TDC

December 8, 2021

On Tuesday, December 7, the term of the administrative arrest of the Crimean Solidarity coordinator and public defender Mustafa Seidaliiev ended, but he was not released from the TDC. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

It is noted that the head of the CCE Ruslan Shambazov drew up administrative protocols against the activist under Articles 20.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Propaganda or public display of symbols of extremist organizations) and 20.29 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Production and distribution of extremist materials) in the department.

We remind you that on November 24, the so-called court of the occupied Crimea appointed the activist Mustafa Seidaliiev 14 days of administrative arrest for the fact that on November 23 he came to meet lawyer Edem Semedliaiev.
