The so-called court in the occupied Crimea fined seven more activists who came to the coart session in the so-called Krasnohvardiiske Hizb ut-Tahrir case on October 11 and 29. They are accused of failure to comply with the rules of conduct in emergency situations and violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding an assembly. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
The so-called court fined:
Nariman Muidynov 10 thousand rubles under article 20.2, part 5 (of the established procedure for organizing or holding an assembly)
Selim Teifukov, Alimkhan Abitov, Kazim Ablialimov 15 thousand rubles under article 20.6.1, part 1 (Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence)
Nariman Parmanov, Eldar Enverov and Mustafa Yurdanov 15 thousand rubles under article 20.2, part 5.
