Occupants detained 19 Crimean Tatars

On Monday, November 1, the Russian security forces again detained 19 Crimean Tatar activists who came as listeners to the so-called court session in the so-called Krasnohvardiiske Hizb ut-Tahrir case. People were outside the building of the Crimean garrison military court. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

Among the detainees were men and women:

Later it became known that all the women detained near the building of the Crimean garrison military court had left the Central District Department of Internal Affairs. At first, Bekirova Suvade, who needs a timely injection of insulin, was released. With regard to all women, except for Suvade Bekirova, they drew up protocols on an administrative offense provided for in Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, even against the underage Safiie Yakubova.

In the evening, all Crimean Tatar listeners detained in the morning were released from the  Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Simferopol. In total, 17 administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in the event of an emergency). All the detainees were released.
