On Wednesday, July 21, the so-called Supreme Court in the occupied Crimea upheld the sentence of political prisoner Enver Topchi, who is accused of not reporting a crime. The man will have to pay a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
We remind that on August 31, Russian security forces conducted mass searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars in the Nyzhniohirsk and Sovietskyi districts of Crimea, as well as in the city of Sudak. As a result, four people were detained. Subsequently, Enver Topchi, Ayder Abliakimov, Ridvan Umerov and Ayder Kadyrov were released on recognizance not to leave. They are charged with Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code of Russia (failure to report a crime).
