12 schoolchildren who were vacationing at the Artek children’s center were diagnosed with coronavirus infection. In addition, 60 more children and 16 counselors were placed in the observation chamber. This was reported by the the TASS media agency.
“We currently have 60 children in the observation chamber – these are contact, and in medical institutions there are 12 children – those who have confirmed COVID-19. Now there are isolated contact counselors – 16 people”,- said Konstantin Fedorenko, director of Artek.
We remind that this is not the first time. In November 2020, the center also recorded cases of coronavirus infection. The virus was detected in children who came from Perm to the final of the Big Break competition.
