The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine reported that at present, applications continue to be received about cases of the occupation authorities banning the crossing of the checkpoint by applicants who want to enter Ukrainian universities.
“The Ministry of Education and Science condemns the actions of the occupation authorities and emphasizes on the inadmissibility of violations of the rights of children to freely choose an educational institution to exercise their right to receive education. Now the citizens of Ukraine who are in the zones of temporary occupation are forced to cross the state border of Ukraine without observing the established norms”,- the message says.
It is noted that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine appealed to the State Border Service of Ukraine with a request to consider the issue of non-application of measures of influence on citizens of Ukraine who want to enter universities through the centers Donbass-Ukraine and Crimea-Ukraine, and provide explanations.
In addition, the issue of extending the terms of the admission campaign for persons from the TOT to the places of state order will be considered.
