Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytskyy visited the occupied Crimea three times, which is a violation of the ethical rules of a judge. Tupytskyy himself denies the veracity of these facts. This was reported by the journalists of the Schemes program.
It is noted that Tupytskyy visited Crimea first in 2016 (July 20) and in 2017 (April 7 and August 5). As the lawyer Roman Maselko emphasized, visiting Crimea after the annexation without a grave necessity is a violation of the ethical rules of a judge.
Oleksandr Tupytskyy himself said that he did not go to the peninsula. He claims that a criminal case was opened against him in Crimea, which means he would have had problems there.
