The so-called Supreme Court of the occupied Crimea upheld the decision to deport the wife of Nabi Rakhimov, who was killed by the Russian security forces on May 11 during a search, despite instructions from the European Court of Human Rights. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
Earlier, the European Court of Human Rights decided not to expel the wife of the murdered Nabi Rakhimov, Sokhiba Burkhanova, to Uzbekistan, as she could be in danger there.
We remind that on May 11, in the occupied Crimea, in the village of Zavitne, Russian security forces came to the house of Nabi Rakhimov. His wife and two children were in the house. The woman, Sakhiba Burkhanova, was taken to the migration department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sovietsky district. A protocol was drawn up against the woman for violating the regime of residence in the Russian Federation.
