Occupants held regular military exercises in Crimea

May 27, 2021

On Thursday, May 27, despite the spread of coronavirus infection, military exercises were held in the occupied Crimea to deliver missile and bomb strikes against surface targets, as well as coastal command posts. It is reported by the Kryminform media agency.

“To destroy sea and coastal targets, the pilots performed a combat approach in pairs and singly, practicing conventional bomb strikes on target positions, imitating a detachment of surface ships and a coastal command post”,- the message said.

We remind that military exercises, propaganda of military service and conscription into the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation are regularly held in the occupied Crimea. The Russian military exercises are destroying the ecosystem of the peninsula and are a flagrant violation of international law.

Earlier, NATO in its statement on Crimea condemned Russia's ongoing large-scale military build-up in Crimea and expressed concern over Russia's efforts and announced plans to further build up military power in the Black Sea region.
