The so-called magistrates court fined the Muslim religious community “Alushta” 30,000 rubles for the fact that the organization did not mark the books. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“According to the court ruling, the religious organization did not mark the books seized during the prosecutor's check on April 2, 2021 and thereby violated Part 3 of Article 5.26 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (The implementation of activities by a religious organization without specifying its official full name, including the release or distribution within the framework of missionary activity of literature without labeling). The evidence of the prosecutor presented in the case, the defense considers inadmissible due to the fact that the testimony of the prosecution witnesses does not relate to the topic of this offense at all”,- the statement said.
We remind that on May 28, 2020, the so-called court of the occupied Crimea fined the acting chairman of the local Muslim religious community "Alushta" Ruslan Emirvaliiev 1,000 rubles for posting via a page in the social network VK in 2016.
