The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak honored the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people and noted that Ukraine will continue to ensure all the rights that the indigenous people of Crimea should enjoy.
“All of Ukraine honors the memory of the victims of this crime. Our country is ready to continue to ensure all the rights that the Crimean Tatar people should Enjoy. Today and always we will be with you, especially in difficult times”,- the message said.
Yermak recalled the steps already taken: the approval of the Strategy for the de-occupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and the submission of the draft law On the indigenous peoples of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada.
