The so-called Sovietsky District Court of the occupied Crimea ruled to deport the wife of Nabi Rakhimov, who was killed by the Russian security forces on May 11 during a search. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“The court imposed a fine of 2,000 rubles and administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation for violation of Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay in the Russian Federation)”,- the message said.
It is noted that the so-called court proposed to issue custody of a third person over two minor children, or send them accompanied by an adult to Uzbekistan.
