CTRC will present a classification of persons responsible for human rights violations in the occupied Crimea

On Thursday, May 13, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center will present a classification of persons responsible for human rights violations in the occupied Crimea. Based on this classification, the CTRC experts have developed a clickable diagram that will be permanently available via the organization’s website and display up-to-date lists of persons involved in the persecution of political prisoners, their relatives and Crimean activists.

Speakers:

Eskender Bariiev – Head of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, Head of the Department of Legal and Foreign Affairs of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People;

Liudmyla Korotkykh – Manager of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center;

The following questions are proposed for discussion:

1. Up-to-date lists of persons involved in the persecution of political prisoners, their relatives and Crimean activists and the work of the CTRC in this direction;

2. The practice of applying personal sanctions against persons responsible for human rights violations in Ukraine and at the international level;

3. The prospect of introducing personal sanctions against persons responsible for human rights violations in Crimea.
