From the evidence of the prosecution, according to the lawyer, only two black and white photographs of the allegedly charred uniform of these Berkut soldiers were presented. In June 2016, Ukrainian activist Andrey Kolomiets was sentenced to 10 years in prison in a strict regime colony. The court sentenced him to 6 years for allegedly attacking Berkut employees in Kyiv during the events on the Maidan, and another 4 years for drugs allegedly found in his possession.
