CTRC submitted 11 applications and reports to the international human rights organizations in 2020

In 2020, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center submitted 11 applications and reports to international organizations, including: a report to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights; 2 reports for EMRIP; 1 report to the UN Special Rapporteur on human rights and the environment; 3 reports for the OSCE; 3 additions to the cases that were submitted earlier and 1 new case to the ECHR.

Over the entire period, the experts of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center have submitted 78 applications, complaints, reports to international human rights organizations and their structures:

– ECHR (25 applications);

– UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (6 documents);

– EMRIP (4 documents);

– UN Special Procedures (17 documents);

– UN Human Rights Committee (2 statements);

– Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (1 report);

– European Committee against Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (7 complaints);

– HDIM, OSCE (15 reports);

– Other OSCE bodies (1 document).
