Seven enterprises emit harmful substances into the air in the territory of Eastern Crimea. The prosecutor’s office of the occupied peninsula has initiated administrative proceedings against the perpetrators. This was reported by the press service of the department.
“The Kerch Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office carried out an inspection of compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of atmospheric air protection. It has been established that 7 enterprises in the territory of the Eastern Crimea operate sources of emissions of harmful substances into the atmospheric air”,- the message said.
It is noted that 7 submissions were made to the heads of business entities and institutions to eliminate violations of the law, as well as the initiation of bringing the perpetrators to administrative responsibility.
