On Tuesday, April 13, the “court” of the occupied Crimea extended the detention periods for political prisoners Ernest Ibragimov, Azamat Eyupov and Oleg Fedorov, who were detained on February 17 after the mass searches. They will remain in custody until July 15, 2021.
We remind that on February 17, Russian security officials conducted seven searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars in Bilohirsk, Bakhchysarai, Simferopol, Sevastopol and Sovetsky districts of the occupied Crimea. The detainees are charged with Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The Kiev district "court" and the Leninsky district "court" chose a preventive measure in the form of detention until April 15, 2021 for the detained Crimean Tatars – Ibrahimov Ernest , Yalkabov Tymur, Eiupov Azamat , Fedorov Oleg, Seidametov Lenur and Shykhametov Yashar.
