We remind that on February 16, 2018, the so-called Supreme Court of Crimea sentenced him to 6 years and 6 months in a strict regime colony and a fine of 220 thousand rubles. Zakhtey was accused of crimes under Part 1 of Article 30 – Part 2 of Article 281 (preparation for sabotage), part 3 of Article 222 (illegal circulation of weapons or ammunition), Article 324 (purchase and sale of official documents and state awards) and Article 327 (forgery, production or sale of forged documents) of the Criminal Code of Russia.
