The so-called Supreme Court of the occupied Crimea decided to consider once again the administrative case of the wife of the political prisoner Riza Omerov because of a solitary picket in support of her husband and father. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“On the complaint of Major Litvinov, an appeal session was held in the Supreme Court of Crimea, during which it was decided to re-consider the case of Sevilia Omerova due to her failure to notify the Dzhankoy Court, which had not previously found corpus delicti and closed the proceedings”,- the statement said.

We remind you that earlier Sevilia Omerova was charged with an administrative offense for going to a solitary picket, according to which a fine from 1 to 30 thousand rubles was imposed. The court did not find corpus delicti in the case and closed it.
