The Belogorsk district “court” terminated the proceedings in the “case” of the activist Irfan Bekirov, previously accused of failing to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency. Crimean Solidarity reported this.
"The Belogorsk District Court closed the case against Irfan Bekirov, who was accused of an administrative offense under Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence). The closure occurred because the term of this case has come to an end", the message says.
Let us recall that on November 3, the police of the occupied Crimea detained Crimean Tatar activists Vilen Temerianov, Irfan Bekirov, and Ablyamit Ziyadinov because they, together with other activists, decided to support the defendants in the Red Guard "Hizb ut-Tahrir case".
