The so-called court of the occupied Crimea terminated proceedings in the so-called case of Ziyadinov

January 29, 2021

The Central District Court of Simferopol has terminated the proceedings in the so-called case of civil journalist Ablyamit Ziyadinov, who was previously accused of violating the self-isolation regime. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“The defense side proved that there is no fact of violation in Ziyadinov's actions. We set out our position and, in the aggregate of the evidence, the judge made the right decision to acquit Ablyamit. Also today petitions were made to take a photo and video of the meeting, this petition was not granted”,- the message said.

We remind that on November 3, the so-called police of the occupied Crimea detained the Crimean Tatar activists Vilen Temerianov, Erfan Bekirov and Ablyamit Ziyadinov because they, together with other activists, decided to support the defendants in the so-called Krasnohvardiiske Hizb ut-Tahrir case.
