The so-called court of the occupied Crimea sent a summons to activist Irfan Bekirov

January 12, 2021

The so-called Bilohirsk District Court of the occupied Crimea sent a summons to the so-called court session to the activist Irfan Bekirov. The man is accused of not following the rules of conduct in an emergency. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

It is noted that, according to the occupants, on November 3, 2020, the activist committed an offense under Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence), entered into the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on April 1, 2020.

“I came to support the Crimean Tatars Muslims arrested in the so-called Krasnohvardiiske Hizb ut-Tahrir case. I consider these arrests and cannibalistic sentences unacceptable. As for the agenda, I consider this administrative case as pressure on me personally because I joined the action in protection of my compatriots”,- said Irfan Bekirov.

We remind that on November 3, the so-called police of the occupied Crimea detained Crimean Tatar activists Vilen Temerianov, Irfan Bekirov and Ablyamit Ziyadinov because they, together with other activists, decided to support the defendants in the so-called Krasnohvardiisk Hizb ut-Tahrir case.
