Over 290 new cases of coronavirus recorded in occupied Crimea

As of the morning of January 5, 291 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Since the beginning of the year, a total of 33 671 cases of infection are known.

As reported on the websites of the so-called Ministry of Healthcare of Crimea and the so-called Government of Sevastopol, in the occupied Crimea 3531 people undergo outpatient treatment (COVID-19), 3024 are inpatient (COVID-19 and pneumonia), and 3 are isolated in observation chambers.

In Sevastopol, 175 people with confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis are currently in hospitals. There are 207 people in the departments for the treatment of mild forms. 596 people are under supervision.
