The so-called Simferopol District Court of the occupied Crimea returned the protocols on the so-called case against the mother-in-law of the political prisoner Edem Smailov, whom the invaders wanted to fine because of a single picket in support of the man. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“The protocol did not contain the date of the administrative offense. Its date indicated the day the protocol was drawn up, which does not correspond to the information in the materials attached to the case. In addition, the protocol contains a record that the rights of Kelyamova were not explained, although according to the law the employees the police are obliged to do this. The police did not provide materials refuting this statement to the court”,- the statement said.

It should be reminded that earlier the occupation authorities opened a so-called administrative case against the mother-in-law of the defendant in the so-called second Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case Edem Smailov, who was sentenced to 13 years, because of a single picket in support of a relative.
