“In violation of the requirements of the legislation, the contractor did not receive a conclusion on the approval of the implementation of activities that may have an impact on aquatic biological resources and their habitat in the territorial bodies of the Federal Agency for Fisheries, the project documentation does not provide for the implementation of measures to preserve biological resources and their habitat”,- the message said.
It is noted that the clearing of the river bed by the enterprise caused the death of benthic and planktonic organisms as a result of the development of bottom sediments, which caused damage to water resources in the amount of more than 460 thousand rubles.
