The so-called prosecutor of the occupied Crimea requested 19 years in prison for Lenur Islyamov

On Wednesday, December 2, in the so-called Supreme Court of Crimea, the so-called judicial investigation in the so-called criminal case against the owner of the Crimean Tatar TV channel ATR Lenur Islyamov ended. The so-called Prosecutor Roman Lobov requested 19 years of strict regime for Islyamov with a ban on engaging in information activities for 2 years from the moment of his arrest or extradition to Russia. This is reported by the Crimean process media agency.

It is noted that the so-called prosecutor said that Lenur Islyamov's guilt was proven on all counts of the charges brought against him – this is an alleged sabotage, the creation of an illegal armed formation and six episodes of public calls to violate the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.

“According to the totality of the terms provided for these crimes, the prosecutor Roman Lobov requested 19 years of strict regime for Isliamov with a ban on engaging in information activities for 2 years from the moment of his arrest or extradition to Russia. After the prosecutor's speech, the word in the debate was given to the defendant's defenders. When they will end theit speeches, the chairman of a colleague of the court Alla Khinevich will inform the date of the announcement of the verdict in this criminal case”,- the message said.
