The Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said that eight crimes of a terrorist nature were prevented in the occupied Crimea in 2020, including four terrorist attacks. Interfax media agency reported about this.
“The coordinated work of the special services and law enforcement agencies allowed (in 2020) to prevent eight crimes of a terrorist nature, including four terrorist attacks”,- he said.
Patrushev said that the measures taken to ensure security in Crimea during the past holiday season allowed “to prevent complications in the region of the crime situation, the emergence of natural and man-made emergencies.”
