Defendants in the so-called third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case were transferred to the Russian jail

Defendants in the so-called third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case Osman Seytumerov, Seytumer Seytumerov and Rustem Seytmemetov were transported from the occupied Crimea to the Rostov-on-Don pre-trial detention center. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“Today, when I tried to visit my client, Seytumer Seytumerov, I was told that all three – Osman Seytumerov, Seytumer Seytumerov, Rustem Seytmemetov, were transported to Rostov-on-Don yesterday”,- lawyer Edem Semedlyaev said.

We remind that on March 11, Russian security officials raided the dwellings of Crimean Tatars in Bakhchisaray and the Bakhchisaray district. Searches were conducted in the dwellings of Seytumer Seytumerov, Shukri Seytumerov, Amet Suleymanov, Seidamet Mustafayev, Rustem Seytmemetov, Ayder Suleymanov and Seytumer Seytumerov. The activists were detained. On March 12, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol sent Amet Suleymanov under house arrest. On March 13, the so-called Kyiv District Court chose a measure of restraint in the so-called third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case in the form of detention.
