Occupants closed the so-called trial against political prisoner Ablyamitov

On Tuesday, October 27, a so-called trial was held in the so-called Kirov District Court on the so-called case against the political prisoner Medzhyt Ablyamitov, during which the invaders decided to close the process until the verdict was announced. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.

“The court made a decision, unexpected for me, to close the process right up to the debate, or maybe before the verdict was announced. while on the road and during the court session”,- said lawyer Ayder Azamatov.

The so-called court decided to postpone the trial until November 17, 2020.

We remind that on August 19, 2020, the FSB in the occupied Crimea detained 26-year-old Medzhyt Ablyamitov, suspected of allegedly participating in the Noman Çelebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion. He was charged with committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for which the punishment is imprisonment for up to fifteen years. On August 20, the man was arrested for 2 months – until October 17, 2020.
