Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Serhii Kyslytsia, said via his Facebook page that he informed the organization’s secretary general, Antonio Guterres, about the ongoing illegal archaeological excavations in the occupied Crimea. He wrote about this via his Facebook page.
“I informed UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres about the ongoing illegal archaeological excavations carried out by the occupying country, Russia, in the Almina Valley and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine, within the framework of the so-called Crimean War project with gross violations of international law and legislation”,- the message said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has already condemned the illegal archaeological excavations in the occupied Crimea, carried out within the framework of the so-called Crimean War project in Sevastopol.
