In the occupied Crimea, 263 new cases of coronavirus were recorded

As of the morning of October 23, 263 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Since the beginning of the year, a total of 9646 cases of infection are known.

According to the so-called Government of the peninsula, 205 cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in the occupied Crimea. Of the total number of cases, 163 were identified when seeking medical help, 38 were among the contacts for previously registered cases.

In Sevastopol, today with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, 248 people are in hospitals: 94 in the infectious diseases hospital, 145 in the city hospital # 9, 9 in the hospital of the Ministry of Defense.
